Welcome! I'm Emily, the woman behind High Desert Mermaid. I want you to know, inside of you is a landscape as vast as the desert and deep as the sea. Perhaps, like me, there are times when you feel like a fish out of water. Or lost and drifting in a barren lonely landscape. You are not alone or late or without. I believe sound, breath and meditation are the antidote, the key, the medicine, the remedy. Where there is lack, there is breath. When you feel lost, sound is there to call you home. For the call of stillness there is meditation. Step into the world where these practices support you the individual, the group into a place of greater joy, peace and inspiration. This sound healing experience with Emily was nothing like group sound healings I’ve experienced! Emily’s presence is genuinely caring, and grounded with divine energy.
