Welcome to High Desert Mermaid, operated by Emily Sprauer. By accessing this website and/or booking services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website or engage in services.

General Terms

  • These Terms & Conditions govern the use of www.highdesertmermaid.com and all services provided by Emily Sprauer, including but not limited to sound baths, skin spa services, and mobile wellness offerings.

  • High Desert Mermaid reserves the right to update, modify, or remove these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website and services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

Services & Bookings

  • Emily Sprauer offers private and group sound bath experiences, skin spa treatments, and wellness services in Sedona, AZ, and surrounding areas (within a 50-mile radius).

  • To book a service, clients must complete the booking form or contact Emily directly.

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

Payments & Cancellations

  • A 50% deposit or full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance may be rescheduled at no additional cost.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows will receive a 50% refund.

  • If High Desert Mermaid needs to cancel, you will receive a 100% refund.

  • High Desert Mermaid reserves the right to refuse service if payment is not received or for clients with a history of repeated cancellations.

Mobile Services & Travel Policy

  • Mobile services are available within a 50-mile radius of Sedona, AZ.

  • Additional travel fees may apply for locations beyond this range.

  • Clients must ensure that the space provided for mobile services is safe, clean, and suitable for setup.

Liability & Wellness Disclaimer

  • Sound baths and spa services are intended for relaxation and wellness purposes only. They are not a substitute for medical treatment or professional healthcare.

  • Clients acknowledge that they participate in services at their own risk and should consult a healthcare professional if they have concerns about any pre-existing conditions.

  • High Desert Mermaid and Emily Sprauer are not responsible for any adverse reactions or personal discomfort resulting from services.

Intellectual Property & Website Use

  • All content on this website, including text, images, branding, and service descriptions, is the property of Emily Sprauer | High Desert Mermaid and may not be copied, distributed, or used without permission.

  • Unauthorized use of this website, including hacking, scraping, or misrepresenting services, is strictly prohibited.

Privacy Policy

  • Any personal information collected through booking forms or website interactions is used solely for the purpose of scheduling services and client communication.

  • High Desert Mermaid does not sell or share client information with third parties.

Right to Refuse Service

High Desert Mermaid reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at its discretion, including but not limited to cases of inappropriate behavior, non-payment, or unsafe conditions at an event or private booking.
